In October, leading builders, developers, manufacturers and industry experts spent two days in Austin, the live music capital of the world, getting down to the Business of Performance. We discussed how to engage, design for and market to consumers; how to look at your product in terms of quality and increasing profit per house; and how to think about the future of housing and what it could mean for your homes and businesses.
Thanks again to folks from the following organizations, who took to the main stage to share their expertise: the Appraisal Institute, EQA Landmark Communities, Goodall Homes, IBACOS, KGA Studio Architects, Nexus eWater, Orleans Homes, Pecan Street, PrimeLending, Shelton Group, StreetScape USA, Taylor Morrison, Wayne Homes and Willis.
High-level resources from the event are here, with more to come from our How We Live™ and Cost of Quality research efforts – stay tuned! In the meantime, take a look at photos from the event and download presentations, a consumer research report and other resources below.
