The 2026 Housing Innovation Summit brought the housing community together in Charlotte around a shared goal: turning promising ideas into real-world action. We left the Summit with new partnerships, 10 university teams moving into the next phase of the Housing Innovation Challenge, and a pipeline of projects taking shape across the city. Now, we’re bringing the community back together to reconnect and keep the momentum moving forward. Join us on Monday, October 12, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Wray Ward for the Charlotte Housing Innovation Gathering.
