A lot of things have shifted in the housing market over the last 6 months – changes in interest rates, consumer sentiment, and demand to name a few.
At the same time, there has never been more investor interest and capital available for ESG-focused homebuilding and community development. The Inflation Reduction Act is also set to infuse more than $50 billion into clean energy technologies and improvements that will create ripple effects in housing.
During this interactive session, we’ll focus on the bigger “E’s” in ESG – emissions + economics. Specifically, how to build greater resiliency into your business and (continue to) do well by doing good.
