October 14 is the Ivory Prize Summit, honoring this year's Ivory Prize for Housing Affordability winners. The Alliance has partnered with Ivory Innovations for the past three years to celebrate all winners, with particular focus on the Construction & Design category who we recognize each year at our Housing Innovation Summit. October 15 is our invite-only Housing Innovation Exchange geared toward the operating environment of production homebuilders, featuring roundtable sessions on policy and construction innovation, plus site tours of Culdesac's Tempe community and the Dvele offsite factory in Mesa.
