Virtual Roundtable: Housing Policy Update featuring Colorado OEDIT with County and City of Denver

Please join us for this virtual session with key housing policy progress updates from discussions at our Housing Innovation Summit.

Colorado Governor Jared Polis and Denver Mayor Mike Johnston joined us in Denver June 4-6 for our 2024 Housing Innovation Summit.  During their sessions, we learned about strategic initiatives they're leading at the state and local level to increase housing supply, reduce the cost of home ownership, and promote economic development.

Through this virtual session on December 3rd, we'll get a housing policy progress update and explore where we can support them on their journey.  Discussion points will include details related to the $24 million Proposition 123 Affordable Housing Financing Fund announced at the 2024 Summit and an update on permitting reform initiatives underway at the City of Denver.

We'll speak with:

• Jack Tiebout - Senior Program Manager, Colorado Office of Economic Development & International Trade

• Jill Golich - Deputy Executive Director at City and County of Denver’s Community Planning and Development department.

Then Jack will lead a panel session with two Innovative Housing Incentive Program award recipients:

• Nathan Peterson - Founder and CEO of Vederra

• Mike Koenig - Co-founder Studio Shed
