Anthony Cazazian is Managing Director, Head of US Residential Real Estate at Man Global Private Markets (‘Man GPM’). He is responsible for overseeing both the US residential debt and equity strategies. Prior to joining Man GPM in November 2019, Caz was the CIO and President of Portfolio Services for Renters Warehouse. Before that, Caz served as Executive Vice President and Head of Originations for B2R Finance, a Blackstone company (now known as Finance of America Commercial). He also spent eight years at Goldman Sachs, including in the real estate investment banking and real estate financing groups. Caz graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in Real Estate Finance.

Towle brings more than 30 years of experience in land entitlement and development, large scale residential homebuilding, commercial construction, and renewable energy development to ESS. In his previous role, Towle was the Chief Operating Officer of Safari Energy, an industry leading commercial-scale solar developer and EPC working throughout the US. At Safari Energy, Towle created numerous proprietary systems focused on bringing standardization, consistency, and performance optimization to hundreds of complex projects. Currently serving many of the nation’s largest retail and storage REITs, Towle built a start-up company into one of the industry’s most successful operations.  Prior to his role at Safari Energy, Towle held a leadership position at Centex Homes, a national homebuilder. Towle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Planning and Design from Rutgers University.

Eric is a highly effective leader in the home building industry with over 20 years of experience in designing, directing, and managing the development of single-family detached and attached homes. Chris is a fanatic about technology and its impact on homes and the housing value chain. He spent the bulk of his career as an investor, strategist, adviser, and innovation executive across the housing sector—from homebuilders to service companies and home product retail. Prior to IDEA Fund, Chris founded and led Lowe’s Ventures, where he sourced and invested in some of the most transformative companies in the housing innovation sector. In addition, he has been a keynote speaker and panelist for major industry conferences and events. Chris leads the Charlotte office for IDEA Fund Partners.
