With over 25 years of experience working in management consulting, networking and support for the home building industry, Monica has vast experience in strategic leadership, marketing and customer support. She was recognized by Professional Builder as one of Top 40 Under 40 in 2011. Currently with ECI Software Solutions, Monica educates homebuilders, trade contractors, and land developers on how the adoption of integrated management software can help them improve their processes, streamline their entire organization, build better quality homes, and ultimately establish a more profitable business. Previously, Monica was the CEO of Builder Partnerships where she oversaw the direction and development of the organization. She spent 4 years in international development consulting with Deloitte for the Financial Services division and also worked in the Single-Family Accounting Department at Freddie Mac.

Paul has over 30 years of experience leading technology companies.  His former company, Avid Ratings, served more than 2,500 companies throughout North America, was named a Top 50 Most Influential Technology Company in 2014 and 2015, and awarded “Best Product” three years in a row by Constructech Magazine and awarded the Brilliance Award by TecHome Magazine.  Paul successfully sold a majority of his stake in Avid Ratings to former Microsoft executives and venture capital in 2019.  After a short hiatus from entrepreneurship, Paul invested in other game-changing startups, provided consulting, and invested/co-founded On3.  Paul is currently attending Harvard University for Business Analytics and is ABD (all but dissertation)-Ph.D. in educational psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  Prior to entrepreneurship, Paul taught secondary education and served as a research/teaching assistant developing the passion for education and analytics he applies today at On3.  In his free time, he enjoys exploring the outdoors, hiking, fly fishing, boating, and traveling to beautiful places around the world.

Sara Maffey is the Head of Industry Relations at Local Logic, a location intelligence company, where she combines her passions for real estate development and placemaking with data analytics and PropTech. She is responsible for building Local Logic’s brand and driving its growth across the U.S. and Canada. Sara has deep experience throughout the built environment lifecycle. She previously served as the Managing Director of Placemaking and board member at commercial real estate services and advisory firm Transwestern, where she led the repositioning of major commercial assets. Her career also includes running her own economic development consulting firm, Edgewood Strategies, and stints with real estate brokerage Cushman & Wakefield, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, and a Presidential Management Fellowship with the U.S. Department of Commerce during the Obama Administration. Sara holds a Master’s in Business Administration degree from Yale University and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Design and Architecture from New York University.

He has been in real estate for 20 years where he began his journey in the mortgage business. In 2008, he took one year off to relentlessly study and understand the collective real estate industry, what happened, and what’s to come. That started his journey which resulted in becoming the founder of DOSS.
